How Can I Afford a Lawyer?

For Injury cases we offer a no charge, no obligation conference. Call us for information on other cases. Some cases require no money in advance, until we get money for you.

What About the Fees?

Superior Law charges differently for different services.

At the first meeting, we will talk to you about:

  • How you will be charged.
  • Paying out-of-pocket expenses such as photocopying, telephone calls, or postage.
  • What the total cost of the service will be.

Never be afraid to ask us about the cost. Discuss arrangements about how you plan to pay the bill. Whatever arrangements you make, we will give it to you in writing.

Remember, We can help if you:

  • are facing a serious problem
  • are under legal distress
  • are arrested and charged with a criminal offense
  • want custody or access to children
  • make a will; or are executor of someone's Will
  • have credit or financial problems
  • are being sued or are suing someone
  • are buying or selling a house
  • want a separation or divorce
  • are injured
  • have some other question or problem
